Hi, I’m Gabrielle. I’m a licensed Realtor® and property manager with Pinnacle Real Estate Services, Inc. in North Georgia. I have nine years of experience in leasing and property management, including five years focused exclusively on managing. My goal is to take the stress off property owners by offering both leasing-only services and full property management, while also helping clients who are buying or selling real estate.

This includes all the same steps I take with my leasing service, plus ongoing support like collecting rent, coordinating repairs with trusted vendors, handling tenant communication, and providing monthly financial reports.
